Diego Armando Maradona "El Pibe de Oro" ("The Golden Boy") served as both player and manager for club and country. Regarded as one of the best players ever and voted joint player of the century with Pele. Played for the likes of Barcelona but most famous for his time at Napoli where he won various trophies. He played and captained Argentina in 4 World Cups including the 1986 World Cup in Mexico where he led them to the trophy and won the golden ball as the tournaments best player. It was during this tournament that he scored both goals in a 2-1 win over England, the first goal being infamous "hand of god" goal and the second goal which was a 60 yard dribble round 5 players that is widely acclaimed as the best goal ever scored.
